Upon receiving your email or phone call, I'll get right back
to you and set up a meeting (in person or on the phone--I have a number of
clients I've never met face-to-face) to discuss your business needs and goals.
Then, I'll submit a proposal to you with items and pricing. I'm a small business
person myself--I am happy to help you reduce your costs by enabling you to
complete tasks where and when appropriate (for example, training you on how to
update your own website.) I am at your service, not the other way around!

I've lived in Key West and San Francisco, and currently live
in Sarasota, Fl with my husband Stephen, two cats and a pretty neat-o butterfly
garden of which I am inordinately proud.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

“When Kim proposed the design
for our web site, it was as if she had read my mind! Thanks to her thorough
interview and knowledge, she had managed to transform Schenkel & Associates’
into a presence on the Web. Kim created, formatted, sought the right visuals
and proposed content placement; she also offered ideas for additional materials,
marketing plan and exposure. Kim’s creativity, initiative and availability make
her a true professional.” Jacqueline
Schenkel

"Kim Northrop’s excellence in creating and maintaining the
Women Contemporary Artists website has been invaluable to me and to our
organization. This website has significantly reduced the time and expense in
communicating with our members. The interesting interface and content has
greatly enhanced our publicity efforts and has brought several opportunities to
us that we would not have had without a web presence. It also serves as an
important marketing tool for all of our members with Kim’s construction of
member web pages on the site.
Kim is also our Publicity and Public Relations Chairman. Her innovative press
releases have increased the amount of local WCA coverage which has further
brought the name of our organization in to the well deserved spotlight."
Barbara Schicitano, President Women Contemporary Artists

"Why did I love working with Kim Northrop on my
website? Because she didn’t grab the mouse from me when I demonstrated all of
my, er, brilliant ideas. Because she knows how to play in the sandbox with
others. Because no matter what I asked for, she always found a way to make it
happen. Because she knows her stuff and isn’t arrogant about it. Because she
made the job work for my budget and never insinuated how much better she could
do with more money. Because she is timely and efficient. Because she actually
had fun collaborating with me. Because she is open to different styles and ways
of doing things. Did I mention that she’s talented? (She is.)
Finally, I loved working with Kim Northrop because the path to her front door is
through her wondrous garden—and she always took the time to show me something
new growing there." Su Byron.
