CDs

CDs can be purchased pretty inexpensively at office supply stores. For this use, you only need CD-Rs. Most computers now have the ability to ‘burn’ or save images to a CD from your hard drive, so this is another task you should be able to accomplish yourself or with a little help.

Remember to figure label, envelope and postage costs! The true path is to find a friendly business or art center that will allow you to use their bulk postage rates either for free or a small fee.

For example, to send 1000 rack cards ($210) to 1000 curators & consultants ($350) would be $930 with postage ($370) not including design costs.

To send 250 tri-fold brochures ($189.00) to 250 consultants/galleries would be $281.50  with postage ($92.50) not including design costs.
